Wooden carved box kabazaiku

This box was originally designed to contain your tea collection. It is carved entirely in cherry wood, according to the traditional Japanese technique of Kabazaiku . The exterior is made from mountain cherry bark which, when polished, reveals unique patterns. The properties of cherry wood allow excellent preservation of tea leaves, the flavor of which improves over time.
