Dans le cas d'un cours, ateliers ou stage

Pour toute annulation réalisée 30 jours avant l'activité, un remboursement total est effectué.

Pour toute annulation entre 30 jours et 15 jours de l'activité, un remboursement partiel de 50% de la somme est effectué.

Pour toute annulation dans les 15 jours précédents l'activité, aucun remboursement ne sera possible.

Dans le cas de la pratique libre

Votre forfait est valable 3 mois et non remboursable.

L'annulation d'un créneau est possible jusqu'à deux jours avant la session.

Si vous annulez moins de deux jours avant la session, celle-ci sera perdue (sauf si justificatif valable).
